Here are my goals.
Goal 1 : I will sleep early.
What steps do I need to take to achieve this goal?
First, I do my homework quickly.
Second, I eat my meals quickly.
Last, I eat honjung bread quickly.
Goal 2 : I will exercise more.
What steps do I need to take to achieve this goal?
First, I wake up early and stretch in morning.
Second, I walk a corridor.
Last, I stretch after dinner.
Goal 3 : I will keep my health.
What steps do I need to take to achieve this goal?
First, I have to wear warmly.(hat, neckcloth, coat)
Second, stretch more.
Last, drink more water.
I will achieve these goals!
